May Flowers 1

I have been playing with the May flower framelits over the last few weeks and this set makes beautiful cards. I bought the framelits and not the stamp set which I think was a mistake. I should have purchased the bundle!

Using Whisper white thick cardstock cut a card base 11 in x 4.25 in and score in half
Cut a piece of Island indigo card stock 5.0 in x 3.75 in and using the Bigshot emboss with the Fluttering textured impressions embossing folder. Affix to the card base using Tear n tape

Take a piece of Calypso coral cardstock and cut out the required framelits using my photo as a guide
Take a piece of Pool party card stock and cut out the required framelits using my photo as a guide
The Precision base plate is useful for a number of these framelits as is the Die brush

Take a piece of scrap Whisper white card stock and stamp the sentiment in Island indigo using the Birthday banners stamp set and cut it out using the Bunch of banners framelits

Play around with your cut framelits pieces until you are happy with your layout and then attach each piece in turn using the Fine tip glue pen

Pop the Calypso coral flower in the bottom right hand corner using Tear n Tape and attach the sentiment over it using Stampin dimensionals

Stamp the sentiment "It's your big day" in Island indigo on the inside of the card base

Add Pearl basic jewels to the flowers on the card front as desired
